i appreciated the hotel's great location.. the metro station was very close. the staff were friendly and helpful . the breakfast offered a nice selection, including good coffee and some lactose-free options.
my room lacked a mini bar, it was a mistake from the hotel.

The hotel location is close to a Metro station. I walked to the Universitat Metro without problems. Plaça Catalunya is also a walking distance. Staff assisted me in every way, I appreciated it. Breakfast was good and the beds are comfy.
The window in my room could not be opened, they lack handle.

my room faced the street, it got noisy starting early. the traffic sounds seemed to amplify through the windows. i could not sleep well because of the noise.

i thought the location rocked, it was super central and close to everything. i loved being so close to transport and restaurants. plus, the staff was so helpful and kind, they assisted with everything!
the air conditioning made a weird noise at night, so i needed earplugs to sleep good.

the hotel gave pastries at the front desk and i found them really tasty. many cafes and restaurants are located steps from the hotel and are very accessible. finding something delicious to eat was never difficult.

the location was central for my travel plans i found restaurants nearby. i used the luggage storage before check-in it was a self-serve area in the basement. the staff provided assistance when needed and were friendly. the breakfast had a good selection of items.
the bathroom showed some wear and tear which was noticeable this affected the overall impression slightly.
